  15. The Windows NT command prompt, or Single Command Shell (SCS), has a
  16. command-line limit of 1024 characters.

  18. In Windows NT, the command prompt is a 32-bit character-based
  19. interface to Windows NT and all of its supported subsystems and file
  20. systems. The Windows NT command prompt is often referred to as the
  21. Single Command Shell, because there is one command prompt for
  22. all functions.
